Click on the appropriate button enter that mode:

 

The "Add" next to the "O" Button is the current mode operation the program is in.

Click the Search Button to search for account records based of the information entered.

 

Click the Refresh Button to clear the screen and start over.

 

Click the Possible Candidates Button to redisplay the list of accounts based off the information entered.

 

Click the Notes Button to open a pop-up window of page 5 that will allow you to enter notes.

 

Display the total due on this account.

 

Click the Payoff button to display the detail of the total due.
