Billing Agent and Misc. (Page 4) | Billing Agent

Billing Agent Name and Address fields are either input from a billing agent ID from the drop down or can be manually entered.  The billing agent is an agent who is certified on file with the appraisal district to receive tax notices regarding this account.  Usually a tax management company or attorney.

Agent ID Drop Down provides the code for the assignment of an agent, on file, to this property record.  An Agent ID must be on file prior to assigning the agent.  To setup an agent record select from Interested Parties, Billing Agents.

 

Last Change represents the date and who made the last change to the account record.  A history of changes to the account record is provided on page 5.
