Tax Payer Account - Tax Records (Page 2)
The Tax Payer Account Record- Tax Records (2) is the application that maintains the detailed information for a specific tax year and tax entity.
Before displaying the Tax Records page a possible candidates popup asking for which tax record to view. Select the tax record by clicking on the appropriate year.
The Tax Payer Account - Tax Record Screen (2) displays with the information for the specified tax year and entity.
NOTE: The status on this account displays delinquent.
Other records can be viewed by selecting from the available year and entity records available on the Tax Year and Entity Drop Downs.
 Application Control Section
The Application Control Section is where all functions and features are accessed. Information in this section will change depending on the information the account which has been called up.

 Account Owner Section
The Account Owner Section is where the account no, Pidn, status and owner name displayed for the selected account. This information can only be changed on Page 1. To select a different record from you selection criteria use the record navigation buttons on the right or press the "Start" button from the Application Control Section above to start a new search.

 Tax Record Detail Section
The Tax Record Detail Section is where the pertinent tax information is maintained. Typically these records are created by the Certified Tax Roll or Supplemental processes. They can be manually created using the "Add" mode. Changing records is accomplished by entering the "Change" mode. All changes are recorded creating a audit record of the change which is available on page 3.
