 Street Number
Street Number represents the house or building number assigned by the governing authority when the property was platted. This field when used in conjunction with the Street Name field is a search able field to locate specific records. If the street number is unknown records can be located by street name alone. Leave the street number blank to enter a street name to locate a record.

 Street Name
Street Name is the name of the street the property record is located on. When used in conjunction with the street number if the exact record is not found all records matching the street name information listed with be displayed on the possible candidates screen.
Street names are typically entered from the appraisal district annual transfers. The street types (TRL, RD, BLVD) may not have be created consistently. It is best to check many different variables or a more general search (ELK MOUNTAIN as opposed to ELK MOUNTAIN TRL) to find the records desired.

 Acres
The size of the parcel of land. Enter this field with the decimal point. If the acreage is not provided or not known, leave or enter as 0.0000.

 Legal Description
The written legal description of this property in the county deed records.

 % Interest
If this is a mineral property, then the % Interest reflects the mineral interest in the account. Otherwise, the % Interest may reflect the ownership percentage in this property. If the property is owned by a single owner this field may be left as zeros or enter 1.0. The percentage is entered as a decimal and not as a percentage (eg. 10% should be entered as 0.10).

 Property Type Code Drop Down
The Type Code is the designation of the type of property. Select a value off the drop down list.

 SBTB Use Code
The use code is the code designated by the State Property Tax Board (now maintained by the State Comptroller) for the specific use of this property. The list of codes and there meaning can be located on the State Comptrollers website.

 Last Update Info
The change date and changed by fields represent the last time this record was changed and who changed it. A "CAD" in this field indicates it was from a file transfer from the appraisal district. If changed by a user that users initials will display. The change date and changed by on this page is for changes to the account record only, not tax records or payments. A listing of all changes is available on page 6 which provides a complete history of the changes.
Each time a record is changed the user is required to log why the record was changed, these explanations appear on page 6 as well.
