 User Code
The User Code is the primary login for the NetTAX system. All transactions and changes made by this login will be reflected in the transaction, audit and history systems. For simplicity the User Code is usually the individuals initials.

 User Name
The User Name is the name of the individual associated with this user record.
|
|
 User Password
The User Password is created by the user when they first login.
|
|
 Location
The Location field is to indicate where the user primarily works from.
|
|
 User Title
The User Title is the official title of the individual user.
|
|
 User Application Parameters
The Application Parameters provides the permissions for the various functions of the GDS NetTAX system.
The options are:
"Y" = Add, Change and Delete capability
"I" = Inquiry only capability
"N" = No access to this information.
