The Reset Tax Records performs tax record maintenance and changes the tax status from the "C" current status to "D" delinquent status.  This program maybe run at any time.

Current Year drop down selects the year to process as the current year.

Fix Tax Status goes thru the tax records on page 2 and corrects the tax status. It ensures the account is labeled for the proper status, whether blank for Paid, C for current or D for delinquent, etc.

Purge Prior Year Quarterlies check box instructs the application to delete all previous quarterly records.  The system maintains a table of quarterly payments and when the payment is made.  The table is necessary to properly calculate the amount due for any missed payments.  An account may only have one quarterly payment agreement on file.  It is necessary to purge quarterly records to set up a new years' quarterly agreements. 
 
Check the "Purge Prior Year Quarterlies" check box to remove quarterly records on file.
 
Check the "Paid Accounts Only" Check box if you only want to purge the accounts that have been paid.

Reset Quarterly Records check box instructs the application to reset the amounts of quarterly payments.

Run Button starts the conversion of quartlerly records.  Once all the parameters are entered correctly click the "RUN" button to run the application.
