Tax Payments

 
Tax Payments is where the majority of payments are entered into the NetTAX system.
 
 
This application is available by clicking Tax Payments off the main Menu. 
 
 
Upon entering this program for the first time during this login session the user must select a valid batch from the "Batch Id" drop down .  Which ever batch is selected will remain as the default batch during this session.

Application Control Section

1. Application Control Section
The Application Control Section is where all functions and features are accessed. 
 
Information in this section will change depending on the information the account which has been called up.
 
For example:
  • If taxes are due on the account the amount due (including and penalty, interest, attorney fees and other amounts) will be displayed in the upper right hand corner.

Account/Owner Section

2. Account/Owner Section
The Account Owner Section is where the account no, pidn, status and owner name are displayed for the selected account. 
 
This information can only be changed on Page 1. 
 
To select a different record from you selection criteria use the record navigation buttons on the right or press the "Start" button from the Application Control Section above to start a new search.

The Payment Information Section is where the specific information for a tax payment is entered.
