How To... Set up a Quarterly/Disaster Relief Record

 
To set up an account as a quarterly or disaster relief, go to page 2 of the account record (See How To... Change a Tax Record).  Change the Tax Status to a "P" for quarterly or an "R" for disaster Relief for each entity the quarterly applies to.
 
 
Click on OK to create the quarterly record.
 
NOTE:  Only one year at a time can be marked as a quarterly.  To purge prior year quarterly records see "How To... Purge Quarterly Records".
 
NOTE:  To help with the printing of statements and the printing of reports, it is suggested to use a "Q" in the account status to mark the account as a quarterly.
