Current Tax Roll Detail

 
 
The Current Tax Roll Detailed when run immediately after loading the appraisal district tax records and applying levy becomes the "Certified Tax Roll" for the taxing entities.
 
This report can be run anytime, its flexibility allows for the listing of specific accounts based of types of values and exemptions.

To run the Current Tax Roll for a tax year other than the default current year, year select that year from the Current Year drop down.

To limit the Current Tax Roll Detail to only include records for a a specific entity, select that entity code from the Selected Entity drop down.  Leave as blank to select all entities.

To limit the Current Tax Roll to include only records for a specific property type select that type from the Property Type drop down.  Leave as "All Properties" to select all property types.

To limit the Current Tax Roll Detail to include only records for a specific property use enter a code for the specific State Tax Property Board Use Code.  Leave as blank to select all accounts regardless of uses.

The Include Confidential check box generates the reports with or without accounts marked as confidentiality.  A check in this box will generate a report with the confidential accounts.  No check does not include confidential accounts on this report.

The Start Field and End Field limit the records based off the Sort By field selected above. 
 
If owner name is selected and all accounts are desired leave the Start Field blank and fill the End Field with several Z's. 
 
For a specific owner name enter the full name in both fields.
