  • Owner Record Create: When this record was created and by whom.
  • Owner Record Update:  Last time this record was updated and by whom.
  • Address Record Changed:  Last time the address on this record was changed and by whom.
  • Return Mail Status drop down.
  • Return Mail Status Date:  Date the return mail status was entered on this record.
