How To... Add a Note

 
After selecting the account record, click on the “5” button in the Application Control Section
 
NOTE: A new feature with NetTAX online is a Notes button on every page in the Application Control Section.
Click this button to open a pop up window of page 5 where you can add a note.
 
Click on the “A” button in the Application Control Section to enter the “ADD” mode.
 
 
 
Enter the note status.
  • “H” indicates that the note should be hidden when in the inquiry mode.
  • “S” indicates that this note was written from one of the statement programs.
  • "U" indicates an unresolved issue on the account.
 
Start typing in the comments in “COMMENT1” and “COMMENT2”.  Each comment line is 40 characters long. 
 
Click on the “ADD” button to add the record. 
 
Click OK in the "Add Record" pop up that appears.
 
 
Repeat this last process until all of the comment lines are entered. 
 
When finished, click on the “I” Button   in the Application Control Section to exit the “ADD” mode.
