How To... Change an Other Amount
Select the year and entity to change.
The List of "Other Amounts" will appear in a new window.
Enter the total amount for this other amount code. The “amount” minus the “amount paid” will be what is due. After entering the information, click on the “Update” button
to change the record.
A pop up screen will appear, click OK to update the record.
The pop up window will display a "Record Updated" message. Click Close
to end the session.
NOTE: If a code has been entered and a payment has been applied, then an adjustment will need to be made to reverse the payment. Then you can add the new code and amount and then make the adjustment to apply the payment.
