Read this if you need to pay multiple accounts with one check or one credit card transaction.

 

If you have a customer who comes in to pay multiple accounts with one check you must go to How To... Payments and follow that process for both accounts.

 

NOTE: The check number will be the same on each account.

 

The amounts must equal the amount of the check. Partial payments are allowed.
