Tax Payer Account -  Audit, Other Amounts, Transactions (Page 3)

 
Tax Payer Account Information page 3 is where Other Amounts, Audit History and Payment and Transaction History can be located.    The only information which can be changed on page 3 is adding Other Amounts.  The information contained is for a single tax record (year and entity).  Entry into page 3 is accomplished either by pulling up a tax record in page 2 then clicking button 3 or if no tax record has been called up the Tax Record possible candidates popup is displayed (see (2) for additional instruction).

Application Control Section

1. Application Control Section
The Application Control Section is where all functions and features are accessed.  Information in this section will change depending on the information the account which has been called up.

Account Owner Section

2. Account Owner Section
The Account Owner Section is where the account no, pidn, status and owner name displayed for the selected account.  This information can only be changed on Page 1.  To select a different record from you selection criteria use the record navigation buttons on the right or press the "Start" button from the Application Control Section above to start a new search.

Tax Record Section

3. Tax Record Section
The Tax Record Section is where tax record levy amounts are displayed and other amounts can be applied.  A button to see the history of any changes to values, exemption, freeze or levy can be found by clicking the Audit History.

Payments Records Section

4. Payments Records Section
The Payment Records Section is where the accumlation of transactions is displayed for this tax record.  Detailed transactions are displayed by clicking th Transactions button.
