The Snap Shot report prints a current picture of values, exemptions, levy and levy due for a specific tax year and tax entity. Also included is a breakdown State Property Tax Board use code.

Drop Down
Select the year to process by selecting a valid option off the Current Year drop down.

 Selected Entity Drop Down
Select a specific entity to generate the report for or leave blank to process all entities for the year. Each entity is prints on separate pages with a combined total for all entities.

 Display Invalid Tax Codes
Check Box
Check the Display Invalid Tax Codes to print the report including value and exemption codes that are not valid in the system.

 Display Invalid Property Types
Check Box
Check the Display Invalid Property Types to print the report including invalid property type codes found.

Check Box
Check the Display Invalid Use Codes to print the report including accounts with no use code.
